Nekulturny
"Nekulturny" is a Russian word that applies to just about everything that is deemed to be crass.
It is Russian for "uncultured." One of the worst insults you can hurl at a Russian is that he is "nekulturny". The context of "culture here is one that everybody has a culture but not everybody has culture "Nekulturny" is closer to "bad mannered" than "lack of culture"
The accent is on the third syllable: Nyeh - cool - TOUR - knee.
I happened to come across this term this week in an interesting site called A Quantum Theory of Godly and Human Behavior. The article put the term in the context of religion, altruism, evolution, and futurism, stating "we must regard waste as 'nekulturny' or extremely bad taste".
The author describes the Tower of Babel parable as one that provides the lesson that unless we speak the same language (the same mouth-noises) we are cannot accomplish things beyond the scope of the lesser primates. This is the "something special" property that leads more to believe in religion than evolutionary science.
Futher, the notion of a God can be worked into mathematical models describing human behavior both individually and socially. It is also similar to quantum theory mathematics.
